Reports to: Autism Clinic Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Clinic Administrator I will be responsible for providing administrative support services to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the clinic. The role requires the individual to perform a wide range of duties including parent check-in, checkout, scheduling for the clinic, administering group snack, lunch, and providing RBT direct service coverage as needed. The administrative assistant must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing high-quality service to patients and their families. The Clinic Administrator I will report to the Clinic Administrator II and work collaboratively with other staff members to provide excellent service to patients and their families.

Writing Skills
Ability to produce careful documentation for employee human resource files, in accordance with best practice. Ability to write in English and produce written material with appropriate grammar preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from your direct supervisor, employees, job candidates and community partners when appropriate.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, pictorial or schedule form. Ability to demonstrate good judgment and efficiency during decision-making.
